Opened in 2008, this all-suite spa and health resort shares amenities with its sister hotel next door, ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI, and treats guests holistically from the inside out. Carefully curated ADLER Med programmes adhere to a philosophy based upon Three Pillars of Health: nutrition; physical exercise; and relaxation. Using advanced medical facilities, these ADLER Med programmes are the spa’s speciality; each one adapted to the individual following a personalised consultation with on-site professionals, categorised into five areas: detoxification; stress management; weight loss and nutrition; prevention and anti-ageing; and aesthetic medicine.
New therapies include genetic testing and Cryo Box therapy, which promises to not only boost health but rejuvenate the body and tone tissue by harnessing the positive effects of low humidity cold. Set to approximately -160ºC, clients step into the Cryo Box for three minutes and reap the benefits that include a speedy recovery after an injury, acceleration of muscle regeneration, an increase in metabolism and promotion of collagen. Factor in the healing effects of the fresh Alpine air and hypnotic mountain views, plus the guided skiing, hiking and mountain biking opportunities, and balance is indeed achieved.
